Our Mission
Since 1969, Forest Grove Swim Club (FGSC) has provided a year-round competitive swimming program for youth across Forest Grove, Banks, Gaston, North Plains, and nearby communities. Our mission is to develop confident, capable swimmers and well-rounded individuals through structure, teamwork, and respect.
We are proud members of Oregon Swimming and USA Swimming, welcoming athletes of all abilities. Through our Fierce and Mighty Dragon spirit, we teach that the better the person, the better the athlete, and the better the swimmer.
Our Vision
Forest Grove Swim Club strives to build more than strong swimmers — we build a stronger community. We envision a program where diversity is celebrated, fairness is foundational, and every athlete feels welcome, respected, and supported.
We believe swimming should be challenging, positive, and rewarding — a journey that teaches personal responsibility, sportsmanship, and pride in being part of something greater than oneself. Our goal is to inspire lifelong growth, both in and out of the pool.
